Description
Description
NBG Pixels are the latest in lightweight, low power pixels for Holiday lighting displays, stage backdrops, and more!
Featuring a .15w LED in every pixel and a outdoor-rated plastic shell, the NBG pixels excel at being pushed easily into pixel strips, coro props, and more!
Lightweight and compact, they allow you to fit more into less storage space in the off season, and because they're a constant voltage LED, they do consume less power as you dim them.
Lastly, NBG pixels are native 12v, so they lack any resistor or voltage regulator. These pixels lack the top failure points of traditional bullet pixels - the voltage regulator/resistor and epoxy. Because of this, we are finding these pixels to be highly reliable compared to bullet pixels.

I used 3,200 to populate 32 pixel strips. It was a breeze compared to the regular 12 mm bullet pixels. The NBG's snap into the pixel strips and I don't think they will come loose as they are difficult to back out. No gloves, sore thumbs and I did not have to use my pixel pliers to install.
I think new Christmas light hobbyist should try these for their first Mega Tree, It's much easier. (I've built/re-built 3 trees before this one.)
Also, I may be able to get 400 pixels per string/port as the 400 only run up to about 2.5 amps at 100% white while I run my show at 30% bright.
I think the strips are somewhat lighter in weight with these.
I haven't run my show, as yet. I hope they're more reliable than the 12 mm bullets. :)
Note: I also built two Showstopper spinners with these and they worked well. Just had to give them a twist into the coroplast to help keep them in place.
NBG's look solidly built and they like they are water tight (time will tell). I loved how they fit into my Boscoyo mega tree strips. Depending on what the tariff increase does I'll buy more for my Halloween props.
for 2025 i am adding a lot of new props. so i wanted to try these pixels out... I will say this is the best I have worked with so far in over 14 years of light shows. they are the easiest pixels to push in props. and how they come packaged is WAY better than the others i have bought. I did 10 candy canes / 6 large snowflakes / 6 small snow flakes / 3 singing bulbs all in the same evening. and didn't even get any blisters. YEAH to David and his team thanks
My new pixel choice. Excellent product very easy to push through the props. Thanks
