This warranty covers all pixels sold under the brands "Dominar", "Dominar Pixels", "Above AVL", and "Above" from AboveAVL.com

Warranty Details

Our vision for our warranty is to be as friendly as possible, while preventing abuse of the system. 

Our standard pixel warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase.

Warranty is not valid on products that are submerged in water, crushed, wired incorrectly or otherwise used outside of their intended purpose (i.e. if a product isn't waterproof, you can't use it outdoors).

Above AVL, LLC is not responsible for reimbursement for loss of time or use, or damage to one's property resulting form improper use of the product.

How to Get Warranty Service

To determine if a product is defective, first email us at gear@aboveavl.com with photo/video evidence of the fault.

If the product is deemed defective, we will either issue a shipping label to return the product and/or replace the defective pixels.

In the case of pixels, we will issue a pixel repair kit of 2 x CLICKIT V2's and a minimum of 2x spare, individual pixels of the same type or a comparable type if the same type is discontinued.
