One of the things that can be helpful when you're deciding on audio, video, or lighting equipment is getting to actually demo the equipment in your space.  While we often can make a GREAT recommendation looking at photos, video, and measurements, there's nothing like taking it for a test drive!

Being a (primarily) online retailer, this can be tough.  However, we can make demos happen on certain products and/or in certain situations - you can always contact us to learn more!

How Do Demos Work?

• Demos are available for certain products and/or certain situations.
• To secure a demo unit, you will pay for the unit upfront, and that payment will be kept until the fixture is returned safely and in the original condition you received it in.
• If you choose to buy the demoed fixture OR another alternative through Above AVL, we will cover shipping both ways.
• If you decide not to purchase a fixture of equal or greater value, you will be credited the cost of the unit in store credit or refund.  Refunds will be the total amount paid minus the credit card fee on that transaction and the cost of shipping the fixture both ways.

At the end of the day, we want to give you the opportunity to try out some of our top items when we can, but we have to keep some boundaries.  If you end up purchasing through us, we essentially make it free for you to demo the item, it's a win-win!
