EagleStrike is Ayrton’s first LED-source followspot, engineered for intensive outdoor use across long distances where precision is paramount. To create this uncompromising luminaire, Ayrton developed an oversized 270 mm frontal lens weighing 7.7 kg, delivering an ultra-intense 2.9° beam. Its 13-lens proprietary optical system offers a 15:1 zoom ratio spanning 2.9° to 43°, with the ability to narrow the beam to 0.9° or 2.5° using dedicated gobo reducers. Equipped with a 1,200W LED module, EagleStrike delivers 55,000 lm output at 6500 K and achieves over 100,000 lux at 10 metres. An entirely new ultra-fast CMY flag-based colour mixing system matches the speed of Ayrton’s Ultimate series luminaires. An optional NDI camera enables remote automatic tracking followspot operation.
