The CHM99 is part of AKG's 99ers Series and is designed as a hanging microphone module with a cardioid polar pattern. It includes a special 10 m cable treated to reduce twisting, a spring steel hanging clamp for precise positioning, and an attached phantom power adapter for standard mixer inputs with 9 V to 52 V phantom power.
