The ColorKey Creator BX12 Wash is powered by twelve 40W RGBW LEDs and functions as both a high-output wash light and a pixel-driven beam effect fixture. At wide zoom, it delivers a lush, even wash perfectly suited for bathing stages or audiences in rich color. Zoom in tight and the individual pixel segments shift to producing crisp, concentrated rays that spin, chase, or dance independently — creating striking mid-air visuals. The front lens cluster rotates continuously in both directions, generating mesmerizing flower or kaleidoscope-style effects that add motion and depth to any look.

As part of the Creator Series, the BX12 features ColorKey's UHX™ (Unified Halo Experience) RGB halo surrounding the lens cluster, which synchronizes with other UHX-compatible fixtures via pre-programmed chases, patterns, and color mixing for a cohesive, multi-fixture visual identity. Frame Set position control keeps beams precisely where you want them — Frame Forward prevents light from spilling onto the back wall, while Frame Up limits tilt to protect audience eyes. PowerCon power linking and a quick-release bracket simplify setup and teardown for both touring events and permanent installations.
