The Visual Productions CueCore3 is a four-universe, 16-playback architectural lighting controller, offering a smart, compact option for semi-permanent installations, architectural lighting, and other projects requiring 24/7 operation.

The CueCore3 is a smart and compact solid state controller for (semi) permanent installations, architectural lighting and system integration projects. It is a standalone device for 24/7 non-stop-operation. Capable of playing back lighting shows, static scenes and dynamic effects through its 4 DMX ports. The intelligent web based programming, fast CPU and the 6GB flash memory allow for impressive performance. Record, control, interface and playback.

Features:

• 2.048 channels and expandable to even more: Featuring 4 DMX ports, each bi-directional and optically isolated. The 4 DMX-512 universes with 2.048 channels are also available via Art-Net, sACN and KiNet. See the scale up section for larger projects.
• Powerful capabilities: The CueCore3's powerful CPU and large memory allow for plenty of capacity in all of the CueCore's features. DMX recording memory is 1GB, allowing for approx. 14 hours of dynamic recording over 4 universes. The number of playbacks is now 16 with 128 tracks. The maximum number actions is 256 and the maximum number of tasks is 512 (with 16 tasks per action).
• Full RDM functionality: The CueCore3 is a complete RDM controller. It features discovery, changing addresses and reading status information, to display on dashboards. For non-RDM luminaries the CueCore3 has a built in personality editor. A maximum of 256 DMX luminaries can be stored and controlled.
• Record DMX or program via the web-interface: Lighting shows designed on third-party consoles or in DMX software can easily be recorded inside the CueCore3. It even offers features to help create seamless loops in your recording. Recording external shows can be through DMX, Art-Net or sACN. Alternatively, you can program your own scenes through the CueCore3 fast web-interface with console functionalities including FX, pan and tilt and plot view.
• System Integration: The CueCore3 offers an impressive collection of protocols. From typical lighting protocols such as DMX-512, Art-Net, sACN and KiNet, to protocols that allow you to interact with any kind of non-lighting equipment such as GPI, MIDI, UDP, TCP & OSC. It supports timecode protocols like SMPTE and MTC, and has 4 optically isolated GPI ports available to connect to outside sources.
• Show-control and automation: The autonomous behaviour of the CueCore3 can be customised by flexible show-control programming. This functionality enables you to automate the show playback. You can define triggers based on any incoming protocol. Or convert signals from one protocols into another. A full date/time/weekday scheduler is also at your disposal.
• Scale up with Master / Slave: The scalable design of the CueCore3 allows for deployment in small and large projects. The autonomous operation of a single CueCore3 is often sufficient for a small installation. In projects that require larger capacities there are several options to choose from. A grid of multiple Cores, all networked together, can be applied. For this the CueCore3 is fitted with a fluent master-slave protocol for synchronising multiple units. The grid can consist of a CueCore3 as master and can be combined with slaves like multiple other CueCore3’s, CueCore2’s, QuadCore’s or DaliCore’s.
• Scale up with RdmNodes: When connecting our RdmNode to the CueCore3, it unlocks 4 extra universes, up to a maximum of 8 RdmNodes to arrive at the maximum of 32 universes.
• Scale up with SpiNodes: When connecting our SpiNode to the CueCore3 it unlocks 16 extra universes, up to a maximum of 2 SpiNodes to arrive at 32 universes maximum.
• Supported by software tools: vManager (free download), allows you to discover connected Visual Productions products on the network, backup their internal data and upgrade firmware.
• Purple Cloud for online monitoring and control: With each CueCore3 comes access to our Purple Cloud solution. The Purple Cloud enables full remote monitoring and control of the CueCore3. This platform offers additional features like creating and managing projects, events, perform back-up and restore with more features in the pipeline. The Purple Cloud solution is a reliable and secure environment, fully encrypted and GDPR compliant.
• Compatible with the family: The CueCore3 is the signature member of a product family, and connects to almost all other Visual Productions products. As user interfaces the button station B-Station2 and the touch screen solution KioscTouch2 are available.
• Design and manufacturing: The CueCore3 is designed and manufactured in The Netherlands. The limited manufacturer warranty covers 5 years.
