The ENTTEC IP PLink Injector is a ruggedized, IP66-rated waterproof PLink-to-SPI pixel data injector designed for controlling LED pixel strips and dots outdoors as part of the ENTTEC Pixelator Series PLink system.

The IP PLink Injector is engineered for outdoor LED pixel installations where long cable runs, weather exposure, and large-scale scalability are primary concerns. It receives up to 4 universes of PLink data from the ENTTEC Pixelator Series and converts it to SPI data for auto-addressing connected LED pixel strips or dots — with no local configuration required. PLink data is transmitted over Cat5/Cat5e/Cat6 cable at distances of up to 300 metres between devices, making it ideal for large architectural and landscape installations. The IP PLink Injector can be powered directly from the same power supply as the connected LED pixels, with an internal jumper to select between 5V or 12–24V DC operation, eliminating the need for a separate power supply.

The compact anodized aluminium enclosure carries an IP66 ingress protection rating, keeping the internals fully protected against dust and powerful water jets. Three watertight cable glands (4–8mm diameter) accommodate power and data wiring, while internal rising clamp screw terminals and an RJ45 port simplify installation. With a 10A rated current throughput and an operating temperature range of -10°C to 65°C, the IP PLink Injector is built for demanding year-round outdoor deployments. An indoor IP20 variant is also available.
