The Ashly MA250.8 is part of the MA Series of ultra-high-efficiency power amplifiers. It features Ashly's D-MAX amplifier technology and intelligent power-sharing capabilities, which allow available power to be distributed dynamically across groups of four channels.

Each channel can be configured independently for low-impedance operation at 2, 4, or 8 ohms, or for constant-voltage operation at 25 V, 70 V, or 100 V. The amplifier also includes removable Euroblock connections, remote volume-control ports, switchable high-pass filters, clip limiters, and front-panel status indicators.
