Simply put - the NX3 is a HUGE step forward for ONYX consoles - inconveniences in past consoles like playback/screen alignment have been fixed, all faders are motorized and backlit, and the keys feel incredible.
They've actually gone through the hard work of selecting different key switches for programming and playback to make it incredibly comfortable to program on longer gigs. To say we're impressed is an understatement!
