The S-PLAY Mini is a compact, installation-grade show recorder and playback controller designed for professional lighting automation in space-constrained environments. It records up to 16 static, dynamic, or effect cues from 2 universes of Art-Net or sACN, or from one physical DMX universe via its onboard Phoenix screw terminal port. A built-in pixel effects generator enables quick gradient effect creation without external software. Playlists are built using an intuitive web-based timeline editor — drag and drop cues, events, and triggers; set fade in/out; control intensity; and loop or group playlists as needed. Up to 8 playlists can be designed and triggered simultaneously, either on power-up or via external contact closure, OSC, UDP, DMX, Art-Net, sACN, building automation software, iPad apps, pressure pads, motion detectors, or push buttons.

The S-PLAY Mini's 4-module DIN-rail form factor fits neatly alongside other ENTTEC DIN-rail devices in control cabinets, and surface mounting is also supported with included clips and screws. With 1GB of internal show storage, the device holds substantial show content for long-term set-and-forget operation. Firmware updates, backup, restore, and playlist management are all handled through the web interface. The OSC API enables integration with third-party control systems and iPad apps such as TouchOSC.
