The ENTTEC S-PLAY Nano is a compact 1-universe DIN-rail-mountable smart light show recorder and playback controller with built-in scene creation, timeline editor, and multi-protocol trigger support for simple, set-and-forget architectural and entertainment lighting automation.

The S-PLAY Nano is the most compact member of the S-PLAY family — a 1-universe DMX recorder and playback controller designed for straightforward, professional lighting automation in the smallest possible footprint. It records up to 4 static, dynamic, or effect cues from one complete DMX universe via its onboard Phoenix screw terminal port. A built-in pixel effects generator enables quick gradient effect creation without external software. Playlists are built using an intuitive web-based timeline editor — drag and drop cues, events, and triggers; set fade in/out; control intensity; and loop or group playlists as needed. Up to 4 playlists can run simultaneously, either looping on power-up or triggered via external contact closure, OSC, UDP, DMX, Art-Net, sACN, building automation software, iPad apps, pressure pads, motion detectors, or push buttons.

Sharing the same compact 4-module DIN-rail form factor as the S-PLAY Mini, the Nano fits neatly alongside other ENTTEC DIN-rail devices in control cabinets, with surface mounting also supported via included clips and screws. With 1GB of internal show storage, the Nano holds substantial content for long-term set-and-forget operation. Firmware updates, backup, restore, and playlist management are all handled through the web interface. The OSC API enables integration with third-party control systems and iPad apps such as TouchOSC. A Nano to Mini Upgrade license is available separately for users who need to expand to 2-universe capability.
