The Borealis is a nice wash moving light with some great features including control of (3) rings of light on the face, fast movement, and nice colors.

Our Borealis X Z is a new addition to the Silhouette Borealis Series. It is a 19×25 watt fixture with the capability of a 10º – 60º zoom range. RGBW color mixing, CTC, 3 zone ring control, and a variety of dimming curves allows the user to creatively color wash a stage or venue with all of these features.

The Borealis X Z is a great, simple wash light that does it's job well for a great price. It's bright, moves fast, and has a really high-quality build.
It's got all of the standard features like a 10º – 60º zoom range, RGBW color mixing, and fun adds like the 3-ring control.
If we had to critique something about it, it would be that it only goes to down to 10º. Some other fixtures (that are more expensive) can go down to 5º or lower, which gives the beam a really cool, defined beam, but we can't say we've seen another fixture at this quality level and cost which had that!
